Art Commision Details!

Thank you for your interest and taking the time to visit my website.

I currently work on 2 sizes, these are:

8" x 11" (A4 approx)

11" x 16" (A3 approx)

Prices for one subject are as follows (these include materials and UK postage):

Coloured Pencil

A4 £100

A3 £120

Graphite Pencil

A4 £80

A3 £100

Oil Paints

A4 £130

A3 £150

Additional subjects can be added at a cost of £30 each (ie A4 coloured pencil of a dog and cat will be £130)

If you would like to book in for a commission, I will require at least one CLEAR, CLOSE UP photograph of the subject in the position you want them drawn. Feel free to send more photographs as this helps with the final piece. 

Once I have reviewed the photograph(s) and confirmed that I can take the booking, you will need to pay a deposit of 25% of the total cost. This will then put you on my waiting list and I will advise at the time of receiving the deposit approximately how long this is. If you would like to proceed with a commission, I will send you my PayPal or Bank details. 

Once I am ready to start your piece, I will contact you and will require the remaining balance to be paid BEFORE I can start. Once this has been paid, I will draw a very rough outline to confirm placement of the subject(s) etc with you. Any tweaks or changes will need to be noted at this point. Once I have started your commission in the requested medium (coloured pencil, graphite or oils) I can send regular updates if you wish. I will also ask your permission at that point to share my work in progress in an art group I am part of.

Commissions are worked on in the order I receive deposits and once I have finished a piece I contact the next name on my list. However, if you have a specific timescale in mind, ie for a birthday etc, please let me know when sending your photographs and I will try to accommodate this where possible. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 

* The final piece will be posted to you either rolled in a tube or flat in a reinforced envelope and for UK addresses this is included in the price. The prices quoted do not include frames or matting but these can be provided on request, for an additional cost. 

** Overseas orders will incur a postage charge, this will be confirmed before deposit is taken. 

*** Deposit is non-refundable unless I am at fault.
